Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship worldwide; we have customers in many different countries.

 

 

What payments methods do you accept?

  • (International) bank transfers (IBAN)
  • French chèques
  • Cash

 

How can I order?

The easiest way is to send an email to info@apspatches.nl, including:

  • the design
  • the quantity you would like to order
  • the size you would like the patch to be
  • your contact information
  • any other information that might be relevant

We will then contact you as soon as possible (normally within 24 hours)

 

Do you have a catalogue?

No; we do not have a catalogue, because most of the products we supply are custom-made for our customers and are not for sale to others. We do carry some standard products in stock that are for general sale, some of which you will find on this website.

 

 

Can I get a preview of my patch?

Yes, certainly. In case of a new design we normally send a computer animation (a scan of the embroidery-programming) to our customer for approval. If you would like us to make some changes in the programming after you have seen it this is not a problem. This service is free of charge, unless the order is cancelled after the programming has been made. In that case we have to charge the costs of making the programming (generally ranging from €45.- to €70.- excluding tax).
